Joe, a lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area, lives in Lincoln Park. Upon graduating from Augustana College, he followed the rest of his family into real estate, with which he has been involved ever since. During his years in Chicago, Joe has lived in Ukrainian Village, Noble Square, Wicker Park, and Lincoln Park. He enjoys such things and boxing, riding his bike in the “critical mass,” and running the Chicago Marathon. For a brief period, Joe worked as a tour guide, allowing him to highlight all that the city has to offer. He considers himself to be a “foodie” and loves to explore the city. Since starting his real estate career, he has shown more than 5,000 properties. He is also a recipient of the Platinum Award from the Chicago Association of Realtors for customer service.
Todd lives in Wilmette with his wife and two daughters. Todd is originally from Northern California, but moved to Chicago in 1992 to attend Loyola University. Shortly after graduating from Loyola University, he took a sales position with a nationally-recognized consulting firm where he worked for nearly 17 years. Todd has translated his strong business acumen into helping his real estate clients. Todd enjoys living in Chicago and partaking in all aspects of city life, including the neighborhood festivals, museums, restaurants, and cultural and arts events. During his years in Chicago, Todd has lived in Rogers Park, Edgewater, Albany Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, Wrigleyville, the Gold Coast, and Wilmette, which gives him direct knowledge of what many of these neighborhoods offer. Todd is also very active in his church and many service organizations. Todd is one of the leaders of his daughter's Girl Scout Troop and enrichment coordinator for the PTA at Central Elementary School.
John grew up in the South suburbs of Chicago, and since 1986 has lived in several Chicago neighborhoods including Uptown, Lincoln Park, Old Town, Pilsen, and currently the South Loop. He has a degree from Northern Illinois University with an emphases in English and Interior Design. While in school, John worked each summer through high school and college as an apprentice carpenter. John has worked as a licensed securities broker, a furniture salesman and professional space planner. He is knowledgeable in the areas of construction quality, interior design, space planning and real estate investment. John is also a professional events and portrait photographer, and is on the board of Provision Theater Company.
Brian has spent the majority of his life in Chicago, and came to real estate by way of investing. He graduated from Michigan State University with a marketing degree. He immediately began evaluating properties, both commercial and residential while simultaneously building a commodity brokerage and trading business. While building his business interests, he started his own hedge fund and investment group and built a $25M residential single family home rental portfolio. Brian’s forte is helping clients find, evaluate and sell their properties. Whether you are an experienced investor, interested in selling your current property or a first time buyer. Brian’s interests and hobbies include riding his mountain bike, playing golf and evaluating investment opportunities.
